Acentra Health, a healthcare technology solutions company, has announced the acquisition of FEI Systems, a provider of healthcare information technology solutions for federal, state, and local health and human services agencies.
The financial terms of the transition were not disclosed.
The acquisition joins two companies with decades of experience helping state and federal agencies modernize healthcare delivery through technology and clinical expertise.

Acentra Health stated that the acquisition of FEI Systems significantly expands its healthcare technology platform and establishes one of the industry’s most comprehensive portfolios of Medicaid Enterprise System, care management, long-term services and supports (LTSS), home- and community-based services (HCBS), and behavioral health solutions.
