AIRS Medical, a provider of AI-powered medical imaging solutions, secured a strategic growth investment from TA Associates, a leading global private equity firm.
Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The transaction is expected to close in the second quarter of 2026, subject to customary closing conditions.
Founded in 2018, AIRS Medical has developed AI-native magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) acceleration and reconstruction software designed to support MRI speed, image quality and workflow performance.
As of today, AIRS Medical supports more than 1,700 healthcare institutions across over 40 countries worldwide.

In another deal, Hypervision Surgical, a medical technology startup developing AI-powered next-generation intelligent surgical imaging systems, raised £17 million in a Series A funding round.
