Corridor (Corridor Advisors) said it has raised a $25 million seed round led by Bain Capital Ventures to build an AI-driven health benefits brokerage for small and medium-sized businesses.
Nikhil Aggarwal, CEO of Corridor told TechCrunch, “Our vision is to build the most trusted healthcare institution in America. “To earn that, we are laser-focused on a simple promise: doing what we say we’re going to do for the businesses and employees we serve.”
Bain Capital Ventures led the investment round with participation from BoxGroup, as well as executives from OpenAI, Scale AI, and Ramp.
Corridor competes with other companies in the health benefits space that have secured massive funding rounds. More recently, Angle Health secured a $600 million funding round that includes a $400 million secondary tender offer and $200 million Series C funding to support its long-term strategy and scale its business across the U.S.
Another startup, Thatch, a digital health benefits platform, has raised $108 million in a new equity funding round at a $1 billion market valuation to help employers shift from traditional group health plans to a consumer-directed model. Thatch has built the digital infrastructure to make health benefits transition possible at scale, connecting employers and employees to individual coverage while integrating with major health insurance carriers, payroll providers, and benefits platforms.
Digital health startups have secured a massive $20+ billion in VC funding so far in 2026, according to our latest funding insights.
