AI-powered American healthcare and housing workflow automation company EliseAI raised $350 million in its latest funding round, bringing its valuation to $4 billion—an 82% increase from its previous $2.2 billion valuation in 2025, when the company secured $250 million in its Series E round.

EliseAI serves specialty physician groups, automating the full patient journey from the first inbound call through referrals, scheduling, insurance verification, chart prep, and follow-up.

Andreessen Horowitz (a16z) and Bessemer Venture Partners co-led the fresh investment round with participation from Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan, Sapphire Ventures, and Navitas Capital.

Despite the valuation jump, Minna Song, founder and CEO of EliseAI, was noncommittal on any path to a public offering. “We’re trying to focus on building the best business we possibly can,” she told Fortune. “I don’t think we have any specific timelines or definitive outcomes…we want to make a great outcome for everyone and all stakeholders.”

EliseAI Surpasses $200 Million in Annual Recurring Revenue

In June 2026, EliseAI announced that it had surpassed $200 million in annual recurring revenue, doubling revenue year over year for five consecutive years, as its platform now powers one in six U.S. apartments, and more than 30 million Americans have interacted with EliseAI since its founding.

“EliseAI has spent years building inside the day-to-day complexity of housing,” said Sameer Dholakia, partner at Bessemer Venture Partners, who joined EliseAI’s board of directors as part of the financing. “The company combines exceptional AI research and engineering with a detailed understanding of how properties operate. That depth has produced measurable results for their customers, leading to deep customer love,” added Sameer Dholakia.

EliseAI said it will use the fresh funds to automate more of its customers’ operations and to grow its engineering, deployment, and sales teams across its North American offices. It plans to establish San Francisco as a second engineering hub alongside its New York headquarters.

Market Trends and Investor Sentiment

AI spending growth among mid-sized firms peaked in August, with adoption concentrated in service industries such as healthcare and education to help automate administrative tasks, documentation, and communication, according to the Bank of America Institute.

The latest EliseAI funding round underscores strong investor interest in AI companies that automate complex, industry-specific workflows as businesses seek to improve efficiency and reduce administrative workloads.

With this round, EliseAI joins a growing list of digital health workflow automation startups that have attracted millions in VC funding so far this year. More recently, Assort Health, a digital health startup automating patient-facing workflows, has raised $120 million in Series C funding led by Menlo Ventures at a $1.2 billion valuation.

In another deal, Commure, a developer of AI software agents to automate repetitive healthcare workflows, has raised $70 million in a new funding round at a post-money valuation of $7 billion. The investment round was led by General Catalyst, with participation from Sequoia Capital, Morgan Stanley, and Kirkland & Ellis.

Including the latest round, Commure has raised $750 million in funding to date. Last year, Commure raised $200 million in growth funding from General Catalyst’s Customer Value Fund (CVF).
