GoRocky, a Philippines-based telehealth startup focused on men’s health and chronic care, acquired Kindred Health, a hybrid women’s health startup.
The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Founded in 2022 by Jessica de Mesa-Lim, Kindred Health is the first hybrid women’s health clinic in the Philippines, offering in-person and online medical services such as doctor consultations, diagnostic imaging, birth control administration, and vaccinations.
GoRocky said the two brands have separately served close to 100,000 Filipinos.
