Kyndryl to Acquire Healthcare IT Leaders for an Undisclosed Amount

Kyndryl (NYSE: KD), a leading provider of enterprise IT infrastructure services, has agreed to acquire Healthcare IT Leaders to more effectively address growing customer demand for its AI‑led digital business transformation across healthcare providers and payors in the U.S. market.

The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Healthcare IT Leaders is a leading provider of enterprise IT consulting services for hospitals and health systems.
