SpinSci acquires Dialog Health to expand its AI-powered patient access platform by adding Dialog Health’s proven patient engagement and communication capabilities, creating a more frictionless, connected healthcare experience.
The financial terms of the transactions were not disclosed. In December 2024, SpinSci secured a $53 million majority investment from Aldrich Capital Partners, a growth equity firm focused on high-potential healthcare and technology companies.
SpinSci is the leader in agentic AI for patient access, helping large health systems serve more patients, reduce costs, and deliver frictionless patient experiences with AI. The company serves 165 health systems, automating 400 million patient interactions annually.
